This version, by popular demand, adds keyboard shortcuts.
Something to think about for future versions:
One finds "active sets" scattered through many popular interfaces. Tabs in Firefox. The list of frequently used locations in the Gnome open dialog (I'm starting to really love this). The list of open windows in the Gnome toolbar.
In Yaedit, the active set is the set of tabs down the left hand side. Currently this contains open files, and a set of control widgets. I am thinking this could be extended to include:
- More widgets, and a way to "open" and "close" widgets much as you open and close files.
- Locations within files that you are currently editing
It should also be possible, and very easy, for users to write plugins to suit their own needs.
