Easy! Music textbooks seem to like jumping straight into advanced polyphonic stuff and random keys. What I'm liking about Schulwerk is that it is examples of orchestration in nice simple keys, with nice simple intervals and harmony. Starts with orchestration of two-note melodies and works up.
